Gametote is the
Pre-Eminent Game Retrieval Cart

It has the strength and capacity to handle a large bull elk, the mobility to go where deer and elk go, the safety and control of powerful braking, and thirteen other advantages. This will greatly enlarge your retrieval zone and make it possible for you to bring back more and bigger game. It does the job when others cannot and does it better and faster when they can.

Buy a GameTote

"What a great product. We have used it (GameTote) since 2003. This is the easiest route we have used it on, but it is also the biggest elk. My 13 year old (with the big smile) shot this 6 X 7 bull. We love telling people and showing off how easy it is to use." -Don Popelka

The Right Tool for the Job?

For 20 years I had used a large ball peen hammer and a length of I-beam to shape one end of the GameTote wheel struts for welding. When I hired a helper to do this I noticed that he was using a 200lb. anvil in place of the I-beam. I tried it and found that it cut the work involved to just over a third of what I had been doing. I had discovered the principal of the anvil and why it was the right tool for that job.

It is also true that there there is a right tool for the job of game retrieval, especially in prime deer and elk country where conditions are often very difficult. This is where the going gets tough and where a GameTote is most appreciated.

Retrieval Zone

Look at the Selection Guide and the list of qualities to look for in a retrieval cart. All but one of these is actually a part of the GameTote and is there to help you when you need it. Included is the all-important, large (just over 25"), single, motorcycle wheel that supplies the requisite strength for the big animals, super mobility that is so important in rough country, smoother and easier rolling and the critical ability to traverse slopes without dumping. Equally important is the powerful motorcycle drum brake that has all the holding power you will need and that gives you control, prevents runaways, and allows for rest stops.

"With the GameTote I am confident that I can retrieve just about any animal from any location that I can reasonably hike to" Jeff Maynard who hunts in the rugged mountains of Central Idaho.

What makes the GameTote So Accommodating?

It is made with steel tubing (1" HREW (hot rolled elected weld) w/065" wall) and (1.25" DOM (drawn over mandrel) w/1.20 wall) and a brand new 300 X 19 motorcycle wheel with drum brakes. The frame is joined with 30 MIG welds in an incredibly strong multi-triangular configuration. Breakdown joints are formed by telescoping the HREW and DOM so as to avoid sacrificing needed strength and rigidity when in use.

We tested the GameTote with 1,050 lbs, or far more than you should try. Unlike other carts where load limits are determined by the cart itself, GameTote limits are in reality set by your physical abilities and safety considerations. It is not unusual for two hunters using a GameTote to retrieve a 500 to 700lb. bull from deep in the backcountry. GameTote has a myriad of practical uses including a rush of a sick or injured buddy back to the truck. It is uniquely capable of hauling heavy or unusual loads through rough terrain or to remote locations.

Hard Work

We don’t claim that a GameTote will make the trip a walk in the park, although at times we are told it does just that. We do claim that a GameTote makes it possible to bring back bigger game from rough country. Even with the many features and advantages GameTote has to make things easier and more manageable, handling this much weight is going to be hard work, as it would be with any carrier you felt might do the job. The difference is that with GameTote your chances for a successful retrieval in these conditions are vastly improved. And no matter how difficult the retrieval, you will still be in total control with the powerful brake on your GameTote. This will help you to prevent exhaustion, reduce the potential for injury or heart attack, be in better spirits and have more time to enjoy your hunting success.
